By using Jelevo (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the service"), you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If any term is not acceptable to you, please do not use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the English version shall prevail. However, we aim to ensure the Bengali version remains accurate and easy to understand.

• Unauthorized access to another user's account

If suspicious activity is detected, Jelevo may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and share relevant information with law enforcement authorities. Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share your login credentials with anyone.

You can close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

• Jelevo may close an account without notice in the event of a rule violation
• If fraud is proven, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited
• Upon standard account closure, any valid balance will be refunded within 5 business days
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the set period ends
